Saw Crono trigger coming a mile away.  And yeah, I hear ya...Square needs to actually DO something with the series, or at the very least, let the fans make their own games if they're not planning to continue.

And the number 1 pick....Actraiser.....Ahhh Actraiser.  I only played it recently, but MAN, it was good fun.  2D action, alongside an overhead shoot-em-up-simulation-strategy hybrid....It was awesome.  ...but actraiser 2?  ....Ugh...Contra is a hard game, but fun.  Actraiser 2 is hard, but crap.  And it lost the whole simulation thing, which was the last straw for me.


Now...Actraiser DID have a lot more games in the series!  The "Soul Saga" (as I call it) had several games:
Actraiser, and actraiser 2 - Moslty platforming and action.
Soul blazer - a direct sequel to Actraiser, and a sort of zelda clone.  Pretty fun, IMO.
Illusion of Gaia - ....I STILL don't know how this truly fits into the series...but it apparently does!
Terranigma - ...essentially a direct sequel of Soul blazer.  Even the whole restoring the souls of a civilized area comes back, and the combat goes hyper crazy.

....There hasn't been another "TRUE" actraiser sequel...but the series HAS kept going.

At least that azzhole dolphin is gone, no way as cool as Jaws unleashed, I just wish they realised no one wants to play as a dumazz dolphin.

I love ChonoTrigger! Way more than Final ***atory. I want every gamer to know how great it was! If you like Final Fantasy more, I can no longer be your friend. Anyone who hasn't played it needs to get it for SNES or DS NOW! Don't get the PS1 veresion! The load times will make you hate the game. And that's not good.
