I've played through the first 2 quite a few times.  I wanted to hit up 4, and then 3 maybe again.  I don't know about those PSP ones though.  I own Acid 1 and 2 which are meh, but maybe I should get spec op's for the story of Big Boss before Peace Walker comes out.

I wish I could start playing the "MGS" games, but I can't. Have to beat "Knights of the Old Repulic" first... & I don't have a PS3 to play "MGS4"... :(

This is hard for me to accept (noobing), but... I have just played the first one once for a couple hours and loved it but never had a chance to play it entirely... now I am off to play the whole "regular" series... maybe then I'll get to play the PSP ones...

Good idea. While the console versions of MGS are classic, the MGA games are okay, in my opinion. However, MGS: Portable Ops is even better. Man, I am stoked in wanting to play Peace Walker, right now!

I'm probably the only Gamer on the planet that hasn't played a single MGS game...I don't own any Sony consoles but I do own a PSP (The first model) so I'm aiming at getting Peace Walker to get my MGS fix:D

Don't worry Destin I know the full story chronologically thanks to GT's Retrospective.

You really should give portable ops a try. Takes some time to get used to compared to the other games. Although I am not too fond of Acid due to it's gameplay.

I don't even consider Acid to be a true Metal Gear game. It's more like an interactive board game.

Really nice show, looking forward to see more of it. I'm getting a PSP for christmas, but , don't hate me plz, I think I'll go for a Go (lol) because I think it'll be better for me: 1) I can use it to replace my old mp3 (yes I don't have an Ipod, just this 500mb piece of crap) and my old launch DS tank which only has like 10 minutes of batteries. 2) I got a credit card. The only doubt in my mind is that Portable Ops is not on the store, but I really hope it gets there before Peace Walker comes out. MGS:PO is THE game that makes me want a PSP right now excluding Dissidia FF, Patapon 2 and God of War CoO. I played all MGS games except the PSP and MSX ones so... I NEED A PSP =P

Don't you mean Portable Ops? I have that game, and it's absolutely awesome in alot of ways because the squad that you take control of is the precursor to the high tech special forces unit FOXHOUND, and all 3 of these games MGS3, MGS: Portable Ops and MGS: Peace Walker are all connected because they are all telling the story of Big Boss' past!

MGS3: Snake Eater has the saddest ending in the series, which is why it's my favorite in the entire series but I'm not going to spoil it for you or anyone that hasn't played it before.

the Acid games were fun if you like card/tactical games. I also played
Portable Ops and Portable Ops Plus. PO is really fun in some aspects,
like recruiting new soldiers and getting to choose weapons you collect
in the field to equip them with. And it has some story elements that
are interesting. I have not played MGS3 or 4 though, so I don't know
how the PSP games compare.

I still think that's my favorite in the series followed by 4. I love
the amount of references in this one. Colt Destin with that revolver,
and the Liquid (or maybe Solidus) reference. And of course Megamantis. Nice work Ben, Destin, Corey, James and everyone else. My rating goes up to 11.

I noticed that one too. It was just pure gold. =P That and the apple bouncing everywhere before hitting Ben.

While I also agree that the two guards were pretty hilarious, I gotta say Destin stole the show in this one. That was some badass moves there. Destin's appearance alone makes him the perfect villain and now he plays Revolver Ocelot imitation? Damn!

Keep up the awesome work guys!
