lol i'm going to give you a 9 because of how much i love this game hehe.
back in the snes days this was my game and was my fav mega man game for years after hehe i played that game so many times i can probably get past most of the game with out Getting hit (i'm not joking ether =D) anyway hope you post more.

Ya it was my favorite mega man game for up until x7 but now that i think of it x7 probably not the best one hehe.  Any way i thought the music was really good for the most part the bounty hunters was cooler and come on you can't tell me the battle music wasn't good (best battle music in a mega man game i think) and there were some good power ups like the catfish thing and the gravity thing hehe (i'm bad with names).
