S.O.S (SAVE OUR SONIC)

Currently Sonic sucks and you know it so don´t try to deny it.The series started to die after the fall of the dreamcast and sega´s involment in the console market, also is the fault of Sonic Team. Sonic Team was responsible for great sonic games back in the 90`s, after that new some core member of the team quit and the replacements arrive to screwup sonic just to start the fall of sonic. After seeing Moviebob and Zero Punctuation toughts on sonic i started thinking ,should sonic be saved?..... the answer to me is hell yeah, as i child i grew up with the sonic games and mostly the genesis (because i never own an SNES) also with reading an watching several media where they managed to put the blue hedgehog fast feet. So here are my possible solutions in order to save sonic: Eliminate all suporting cast: By this i mean limiting the sonic characters only; Sonic,Tails,Knucles,Amy. The rest can go straight to hell for all i care, all of the other characters were just marketing bussines for sega in order for the new generation of gamers to find some interest in sonic and they keep adding new character for every single new game ever released. Okay not all of them suck but some of the just seem to be on the wrong game, like the Blaze the Cat or Jet the Hawk they look pretty good characters....for their own game. The idea of introducing new characters work for mario but this is sonic most of the time he´s a loner, but i do like Blaze a little.. No more gimmicks: The only thing keeping him alive isnostalgia,its the key factor in wich sonic lives rigth now, sega has done some great games like Madworld, House of the dead overkill, but al the crap is left for sonic. It seems the idea of go fast to one level to another just doesn´t apeal to the market anymore so in order for him to earn some money they must put some stupid gameplay: like becoming a ``were-hog´´ or becoming a knight. Bring back Metal Sonic: Metal Sonic did appear on sonic rivals , but then it looked that he never arrived when they were making all the other games. Having sonic fight a being with no emotion that has the same abilities as him makes a tough challenge for the blue hedgehog...at least they should replace silver with this guy. Save the animals: The First Sonic games were better than mario because sonic didn´t save a princess over and over again he saved the animals of the forest in wich Robotnick turned into animals . Sega dropped the saving the animals for more stupid thing like saving a princess or going to story book perhaps. Well those are my options can think about now ill put on more when i think of more until then read and comment please.

TOP 10 MEXICANS IN VIDEOGAMES

Hola g1´s its Calavera again,today i will show all of you my list of the top 10 mexicans in videogames, now remember this is my list, this are my choices if you dont like it, to bad now lets go ..... > NUMERO 10 EL FUERTE > I´LL be placing this luchador way low beacause i played STIV and as hard as i try, i dont really feel the need to play with this character at all, dont get me wrong i really enjoyed using him i many fights and i consider him to be better than T.HAWK in the cultural aspect but not as the characther i´ll be using a lot. NUMERO 9 PEPE (RAGE OF THE DRAGON´S) > PEPE is another character that i like but not that much, he appera in on hell of a game that deserves to be made as a sequel it had great character, wicked moves, and easy gameplay. This game was gaoing to be a DOUBLE DRAGON figther... but it they could not get the rights but it did have reerences to the games. One more thing.... this game was also made was made by a mexican company another reason why i liked it, sadly the company brankupted in 2004 NUMERO 8 ARMOR KING > Armor King is one teacher you dont mess with, this one eye armor luchador can beat the living crap out of any one who gets in his freaking way. this guy help train King and then kicked his ass lateron resurrection. NUMERO 7 TIZOC > I never played any of the Fatal Fury until Mark of the Wolves in wich this guy appear in, he´s another luchador but with an eagle mask, Tizoc is a powerhouse that it needs to be feared, and being in the King of Fighters makes him better. NUMERO 6 EL STINGRAY > This luchador i consider they sould have put instead of EL FUERTE in STFIV, i consider this guy to be the first mexican in videogames (T.HAWK IS NOT A MEXICAN HE´S AN INDI....NATIVE AMERICAN NOT MEXICAN), appearing in Saturday Night Slam Masters this luchador rocked with some great moves back then managed to score at numero 6 NUMERO 5 RAMON > Another luchador, im considering to change this lit from mexicans to luchadores ``sigh´´, but wait he doesnt have a mask, appearing in KOF 2000 Ramon became one of many characthers that we mexican gamers consider an important character on our team every time we play KOF. NUMERO 4 ANGEL > I once tought Mai Shiraniu to be the hottest KOF babe evar, until i discover Angel, this hot chica not only is she beautifull but challenge at mastering her moves, im not a complete expert on her but im getting there and soon you will soon fear when ill strike with Angel. NUMERO 3 RAMIRO ``RAM´´ CRUZ > EL GRINGO LOCO, as his name mean this guy appeared in Total Overdose a game many consider GTA clone but i consider it, one of the many underrated games ive played, this crazy mexican has no respect for the rules, he´s not careful, and kills any poor bastard that crosses him or even looks at him, hell put a bullet in youre face. NUMERO 2 AMINGO > There were many characters from Marvel vs Capcom 2 that i wanted to be there but i was surprised to see that one of was more awesome than any of them are and for one reason, it´s a FREAKING CACTUS WITH A SOMBRERO !!!!!!!!, this living cactus is one of the many characters with originality i´ve ever seen in any videogame. NUMERO 1 KING > I consider the TEKKEN series as my favorite figthing games since my chilhood besides HEIHACHI, KING is my favorite characther in any fighting game ever, his mask is cool, he moves and figths great and by the time the figth starts my opponet has little chance when im in control of king. > Hola compadres G1S Calavera is back, today im here to give you some shopping tip´s if any of you manage to visit mexico.(that if you managed to survived the balaceras) 1-Make sure you know how much the dollar is worth, rigth now is at 15.30 $ pesos so make sure to bring 10 and 5 dllr bills only. 2-If the games they sell you are worth 10$ pesos only avoid them like hell, take it from me i once bought Donkey Kong for the SNES and it wont save my file,some of those will be damaged. TRANZA. 3-Negotiate well, depending were you go you can have the little cheap but it depends on the game. 4-If you go the street markets you might be surprised at what you find,those places containt treasures and hard to find games,recently i bought ogre battle for the snes for only 70$ pesos (its almost 4.00 dllrs) so keep youre eyes open. 5-DONT YOU DARE TO BUY PIRATE GAMES YOU WILL GET IN TROUBLE BIG TIME, THEY RECENTLY STARTED TO FINE PEOPLE WHO BUY THIS CRAP SO DONT BE STUPID. Calavera´s Altar: RESIDENT EVIL BOOKS

> Hello gringos g1´s, today i want to share with you all some of my most favorite litelature that i discover long ago the Resident Evil books. Created by S.D Perry these books are based on the Resident Evil games from RE0 to Code Veronica, the story from each volume is based on the games except from few parts that are not cannon from the story line of the RE timeline. In total there´s 7 volumes, 5 of them are based on the games and 2 that are noncanon, in certain aspects the 5 based novels have moments that did not happen in the games Also there are many liberties that the novel has from the games; one notable addition from the novels is the character of Trent, who often served as a mysterious behind-the-scenes string-puller who aided the main characters. In the novels Raccon city is located in from the Midwest to Pennsylvania, the first book also omit Lisa Trevor because it was release before the gamecube remake but it does to original version of George Trevor journal. The third one based on RE2 downplays all the puzzles for character interraction with a slightly altered ending but i wont spoiled it for you, these changes,it was written before the release of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and as a result has contradictions some events. Of the 2 novel that are original and non canon i only own 1 and that is volume 2: Ensenada Caliban(Caliban Cove) this volume takes place after the first one and tells the story of Rebeca Chambers after the the Spencer mansion incident and meets some new STARS members from a diferent branch. The novel also tells about an actack at barry house from umbrella that was lead by corrupt STARS members. Right now i only have 4 volumes of the 7 and im still have a hard time finding any of them, personally i really recomend the novels the story is well written it has some plot and twist that makes it different front the games. Times of a mexican gamer

Hello g1 im the guy Genesis-Lord-Calavera, or Calavera for short today on my first post im here to talk about the things a mexican gamer like me faces everyday . We are ****** thats how it is , let me give you an example games here are way expensive and if we go to gringoland it almost the same and this is why. An american dollar now cost 14.85 $ pesos that is what a ******* dollar is worth right now. So if im going to buy Street Fighter 4 and last time i checked was 59.99 $ DLLS . so if we do the math it will cost me 890.85$ pesos, seriously we the mexican gamers are ******* screwed. And thats just one game and with the economy going really bad right now i can imagine how this is going to be fixed. Before you send your response about i should get a job, let me tell you something im still looking for a job, this is tijuana here we have to deal with a large deal of unemployment, crime rising up, and a lot of **** right now. But still some of the games they sell right here are actually less expensive but a bit high none the less, ive seen prices going more than 400.00 $pesos and these games are last gen. The only good thing i have seen is the low price of some old school games are cheaper, i´ve managed to get: Chrono trigger Donkey kong U. n squadron Super metroid Secret of mana For only 3$ dollars ans these games are hard to find here unless you use ebay or mercado libre. But the problem is that some people in the flea markets have ps2 an xbox that have been modified to play old games, even if these games are old they still have copyright and what they do is illegal but this is tijuana so nobody gives a ****.
