About a month ago I decided to re-watch the Angry Video Game Nerd's videos (being the fanboy that I admittedly am) and I came across a reply to his first YouTube video, Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. The reply came from none other than YouTube user goemon047.
When I first saw his response video I just had one thought on my mind when I was done and here's a perfect reenactment of what I was thinking:
Wow! That was... actually really, really good.
So anyway, without further prattling on, I (in support of his channel) present goemon047's review of Castlevania II: Simon's Quest for the classic NES.

I've never heard of this guy before, but I'm glad he's been brought to my attention. I really enjoyed it and I totally agree with him. While laughed and enjoyed the Nerd's Simon's Quest video, I always thought he was playing it up as total crap just for laughs, which is good, but I'm willing to bet even James Rolfe enjoyed the game as a kid. It's not total crap.
Anyway I'm going to have to look into more of this guy's videos.

wow, that guy talked really fast. i know it was for part of the video, as in the example of him being excited when he played it, but wow. slow.......down. he did a pretty good job on it though. put some nice effects into the video for being a few years ago. thx for posting this
