Super metroid for the SNES and Ninja Gaiden for the xbox.
If you like tactics, Final fantasy tactics (PSX) is AWESOME!! Also all the Metal slugs (Arcade), Silent Bomber (PSX), The Elder Scrolls 4; Oblivion (X360/PS3), Hitman Blood Money (Xbox/X360) Ninja Gaiden 2 (X360), Megaman X1, X2 and X3 (SNES), Thief 2 and 3 (PC), Super Punchout (SNES), Metroid fusion (GBA) and Metroid zero mission (GBA).
If you are into Old Schools, Solstice (NES), River City Ransom (NES), Punchout (NES), Battletoads (NES), Metroid (NES), and Metroid II The return of Samus (GBC). Well, I could go on forever, but I'll leave it like that.
