Kazekawa Presents: Japan Now! #6 - 10/12/2008 (Full coverage of the Tokyo Game Show 2008)

The week you have all been waiting for. I spent a good 8 hours going to, at and coming home from the Tokyo Game Show 2008.
As requested by fellow coherts Kain_Kusanagi and Chefprotoss, there are booth girls a plenty. Forgive the music as I had this strange craze to listen to Super Mario RPG all day.
Remember, this is part 1 of 2 and only covers the first hall. Part 2 which comes out in a day or so will cover: Hall 2 and 3, recap of the show and I will show off all of my swag and goodies.

I was sad to see just so little from square enix. I want to see the game play footage of FF13 and so far I haven't. And damn i have never seen so many people in one video before.

I have gone there now for 3 years but this was my first time going as a reporter. I hope next year I can go on the press day and grab extra goodies for ScrewAttack.

I realize that you do not seem to care for a few of the things I have created so perhaps you could suggest improvements rather than yawn at my work? I took 2 cameras to that show to show you guys an inside glimpse as none of you were able to make it. I am not expecting a roaring applause for my efforts but I think you could afford a bit more than a yawn Big D.

That's a major crowd there in the entrance to the show.
Talking about Square-Enix, is there a release date for Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep yet and have you seen footage of the game?
I have a PSP and I would love having that game... well, when (and if) we'll see an English version of it, that is.
I don't want to talk about Final Fantasy XIII... I don't want to think about when this game will reach the States or Europe.:(
I liked the booth girls... and the music you chose to accompany them was funny.
I always enjoy these inside views of this kind of envents. Since I would love to be there but just cant, its the only way after all.
(For some reason the begining of the video when you were still outside reminded me of Genshiken)
Men, on the middle of so many people you dont miss a single boot babe do you? Well, they arent that hard to miss anyway... xD
LOL Microsoft doesnt let people film their booth babes? That is just wierd. The games and stuff I could understand, but the girls? Douches >_>

SquareEnix displays - No photos or camera allowed
SquareEnix Outer Theater - Not worth the film
I was disappointed too but if you ask me, SquareEnix is slowly losing its power of the gaming community. Capcom and Blizzard however...
