Anybody who has played Portal *****Spoiler Alert***** will remember when Glados revealed that she was Still Alive. but who made this wonderful song? Jonathon Coulton. He used to be a computer programmer, but he did a project where he made a new song every week for a year, alot of which are good. This got him some attention, mostly from valve who hired him to make Still Alive for Portal, and they also got permission to use his song RE: Your Brains in Left 4 Dead 2 (The indie rock song on the juke box). I just posted this because alot of my friends know the song still alive but didn't know Jonathon Coulton made it. This forum is for anybody else who didn't know him, he really is a great artist.Here are some of his best songs- RE: Your Brains, I Feel Fantastic, Big Bad World One, Still Alive, Code Monkey, and The Future Soon.Hope you guys like Indie music! |

I also remember this exact post. Also, shouldn't this be in music. (just saying) JoCo is awesome anyway. --Watch out Graham a POISONOUS Bear!
