Glad you mentioned the part about the comics
I use this opportunity to react to one of your earlier videos.
You know, one of the reasons why it is so hard to get kids into comics that aren't made in Japan is the continuity.
Let's face it, American comics are a mess as far as continuity goes.
Their stories drag-on for over entire decades and are all heavily intertwined.
People simply don't know where to start.
Manga (and also European comics, which are however overlooked due to Americas strong hatred for the old continent) on the other hand has a beginning, a end and is self-contained.
Emphasis on self contained, since you don't need to read several other series just for the sake of knowing what the hell is going on.
Personally, I prefer each of the Zelda games being a story on to it's own (except for the direct sequels)
That's what makes them accessible to new gamers.
You can play most of the games without knowlage of the previous titles, and that is a good thing.
Otherwise we would end-up with the same mess as American comics are in at the moment.

If I should compare the competing companies of this generations console market to the icons of the comic industry, it would be:
Nintendo - Stan Lee
Sony - Frank Miller
Microsoft - Rob Liefeld

Anyway I often suspected there was no tie in myself, largely due to each game essentially refering to there being a story of a hero of time or light or whatever that was passed down prior to the games beginning, which gives the idea to me that there isn't a time line, but just basically the game telling you that the games are about passing on a new story, not really connecting a time line.
This was spelt out even more ofcourse in windwaker where the majority of the story is about indeed that the boy in the green tunic is the stuff of legend and that seemingly the only connecting elements are mostly in name rather than in soul.
Great video though, however it does seem dumbed down from most of the previous ones. What I mean by that is the list of psychology professors seem to mostly be name dropping rather than essential pieces of info like what has been used to back up stories in previous vids. But regardless. I enjoyed it, thats what really counts in the end right?
