Great list. I do agree with all of them, but I would strongly argue... isn't Counter-Strike a mod for Half-Life? I don't think it really needs a spot of its own. Stick those together, put them at a higher spot (probably #2 or 3) and put another kickass game on that list.

Damn, Goldeneye? I liked it somewhat, but the 64 FPS that I loved the most has to be Perfect Dark. You could set up teams of 8vs8, and even if you were only four people, you could set the rest as AI, and make the AI's the way you want them: cowardly, shield whores, psycho, total pro, you name it, and there were three sets of weapons too! Human, good aliens and bad aliens. I forgot their names, but it was fun using them that's for sure, not to mention stuff like multiple functions on weapons, the Laptop Gun/turret, wee!

They forgot Metroid Prime! I would personally replace Goldeneye with Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and place Goldeneye somewhere else.

Unreal Tournament '99 should definately be on that list!
Still a huge community after 10 years with customised content found everywhere. Fast past action, suberb graphix for the time, and an intense clan-war history keep UT a top FPS game imo.

SA would put Metroid Prime
SA would put Metroid Prime on there if it was an FPS. Nintendo categorizes it as a FPA, or first person adventure. Far more fitting. :)
