I think the fact that she doesn't have a weiner anywhere near her and the fact that you can't see nipple makes this pretty mild as "porn" goes. It's like the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine but for nerds which makes it way more awesome.

Maybe Steve was a developer and Sprite came to him to make the cool spot game, and while he was working on the game and endorsing Sprite so much it drove him mad, he drank all the Sprite he could find. He passed out and awoke 16 years later with unaware syndrome.
