In what has become a tradition on ScrewAttack, eating contests have been highly contested. This time is no different. We've done chicken nuggets, pizza and now delve into the world of mexican food with salsa. The most dangerous eating contest in ScrewAttack history you have got to ask yourself "what were they thinking?!"
The rules for the Salsa Eating Challenge:
-4 Rounds of salsa: mild, medium, hot and "insanity".
-All the milk you can drink
-3 ounces of Country Time Pink Lemonade to drink
-First one to puke loses
-The loser of this competition must dress as Princess Peach at E3 2008.

Come on! This isn't a draw. Ben totally yacked first and he had to be carried away. Nick was the one left standing. I say he wins.

Man, I wouldn't want to be around those two for at least two weeks. Better quarantine the Screw-a-loo and clothes-pin all noses shut until all that salsa gets through their systems.
On the other hand, if it is indeed a draw, then perhaps the only solution would be for one to cosplay as Peach and the other as Daisy! And whoever has to be Daisy MUST spend the entire day shouting "I'm Daisy!".

Look, I'm impressed by what Ben did, but you guys are making up new rules based on the fact that Ben was chugging the hot sauce like a maniac, which has nothing to do with the conditions for victory.
That would be like if they were playing football, and despite Nick scoring the winning touch-down, Ben is declared winner because he ran harder or kept getting up after being repeatedly tackled.
Ben gets an A for effort, but you can't take victory away from Nick just because Ben went crazy.

That's entirely speculative, and even if it was true, the entire reason that Ben needed the milk was that he could no longer tolerate the hot sauce, so even if the milk was what made him puke, it was ultimately due to the hot sauce. Besides, there was no stipulation that said that either the milk or the lemonade could be brought into consideration of the outcome. I don't see any grounds to invent post-hoc stipulations in Ben's favor. He clearly lost.
Alternately, it could just have easily been the lemonade, and they both drank that. The last thing I would want after eating hot sauce is citric acid.
I think next time you guys do something like this, you should consider bringing an industrial size bottle of Pepto-Bismol. ...Or maybe some Alka-Seltzer.

They knew that Ben was lactose intolerant before the contest began, putting him at a disatvantage at the very beginning. There probably should have been a slight handicap handed out. That, and Ben earns man points for chugging.

This is most awesome, yet totally foolish thing you have ever done on ScrewAttack, though it is moments like this that make ScrewAttack special.
It was definitely intense, I could feel my stomach turn watching those two eat all that salsa... BUT I have to give props to Ben and Nick for a tremendous effort even if it did almost kill them.

It was his choice to down it, and it made him puke, so he is clearly the loser, and with that little escapade I believe he also lost with Maxifent Corey.
