This film was actually better than Mortal Kombat even though their was some crazy stuff going on, but Jean-Claude Van Damme looked great playing Guile.

The thing that sucks most about this movie is the fact that it was the one that killed Raul Julia. And it sucked. That's a helluva kick in the ass. Last movie made before he died and it was the worst in his career.
Yeah this scene was the only good one in the movie and Van Damme was the WORST American ever. But no, the point where you go start banging your head in the wall for watching this is the last scene where all of the actors STRIKE A POSE FROM THE VIDEO GAME. Good thing the guy at Family Video felt my pain and refunded the money.
Guilty Pleasure
Gotta say this movie is a guilty pleasure of mine, and Raul Julia was cool as Bison. Fantastic quote by the way!

Yeah he is a really good actor, he did what he could with Bison which was probably the best character on this mess.
It was not his fault that it was poorly written and with Van Dame xD.
This scene is badass though hahaha.
