Those games from back then did a lot with too little and I am a real fan of old school games and now a days with mega man 9 coming out I am feel 14 years younger because sometimes. The companies have to look back at the begging and bring those games that we grew up with back to make us remember how good it felt to be playing video games in the old school video game era. Old School video game are Dope and thats that. Craig nice thoughts u inspire me man. lol oh yeah its nice to know there are still old school video gamers around!

that forte will eventually be available for DLC. I think its between him and Zero from the Megaman Z series as my favorite megaman characters

I really suck ass in the Megaman series (that means i never beat any of them, even with cheats) but i'll push myslef to master megaman 9.

You got to respect it. Just like me Craig has that deep respect and love to play the old school stuff. Seriously, I haven't experienced anything like that in a while besides Bionic Commando. Hearing beeps and boops make better music than today's fully orchestrated music, playing the same formula that worked 20 years ago work today, and seeing so many people appreciate it just makes me feel like a kid again.

I think Craig is right on everything he said, i must agree that no Mega Man game since 3 had this awesome level and boss design, it is worth the 10 bucks definitely.

It was a nice move of Capcom to bring some of his most treasured franchises like this, we all were tired of new Mega Man and it's great to see the classic one back; which is the best.

OMG Thank you sooooo much for this!! Hopefully you guys will keep publishing these recorded versions.

Though I feel like the only person who wasn't that excited for it. Makes me feel like a jerk for not instantly loving it, especially since I've been a huge Megaman fan since I was like two or three years old.

I suppose I always expected Capcom to continue the franchise with the same classic 2D gameplay, but with improved sprites and visuals.

i liked it. Needs a bit of tuning up and a lot less stuttering (if you can help it), but heck it's only like what.. the second episode? good work guys.

I shall buy Mega Man 9, as soon as it's released in Europe. :(

Nice to have OotB archived, but it doesn't beat the experience of seeing it unfold in real time! Why is it that I miss last weeks and it isn't archived,. yet I see this one and it IS archived - God hates me!

I am sure somebody pointed this out somewhere already someplace, but black Mega Man is a glitch in 4 that can occur while changing screens while charging the mega buster. That is, he turns black for the screen change. This could be another tribute...

I had completely missed the Silent Hill part yesterday and its great that I could watch it.
I better start heading home from school a bit earlier if I want to catch it next week. ;D

IIRC, the original composer for the MM series up until 4 or 5 I think was Yukiichan's Papa. But I don't think they got him back, unless he used his real name.

Which that reminds me, Capcom loved to use pseudonyms, like Inafking, 2m 50cm man, Bom Bom, etc.

Oh, and according to Gaemfaqs.com, the game defaults to 480i regardless of what you set your Wii to. I think that just adds to the awesomeness of how old school Capcom wanted MM9 to be.

Man SH5 looks terrible. They really let that series go to crap. Nothing new whatsover. Just playing off of old ideas and trying to make the game look like the movie.
