Paul Barnette is the guy you were talking to about Warhammer Online. He's probably the best PR guy in the video game business at the moment IMO. He does amazingly well at promoting Warhammer Online. That entire game, with their podcasts and the people they have to promote the game have really drawn me in. He has this phone and does a lot of stuff at creative director. I can't believe Craig managed to resist the awesome that radiates from Paul Barnett! He convinced me to buy Warhammer Online with one speech. He didn't actually say anything directly about the game, so I see how Craig managed to subvert some of the epic rays. Paul and Craig should work together.

Actually, he didn't resist. Craig failed and subsequently tried has been buying as any copies of Warhammer Online as possible. The ScrewAttack storage room went beyond capacity within two days and the floor collapsed.
I loved it when they had the Press A repeatedly to avoid being brainwashed, so as a joke to myself, I did exactly that, pressed the A key repeatedly. LOL

I'm glad you liked this epic quest. As we shot this, (me as cameraman, btw) nothing was planned. All we knew was that the Gamer's Lounge was on the other side of the building, and we figured it'd be torn down since it ws the last day. However, the appearances of the other employees, Warhammer PR, Destructoid, and such were all coincidental with lots of on-the-spot improv.
Then, when I captured it onto the mac to edit it all, I figured "You know what would be cool? To make it all like an RPG." I liked how it turned out. Some of the most fun I've ever had while editing... probably cause I was just making all this game stuff up a I went.
I loved the old G4, back when ALL of their programing consisted of gaming shows such as Portal, Filter, G4TV.com, Icons, Judgement Day, etc. Now they've wiped out most of the good shows and replaced it which crappy repeats of shows that you'd normaly see on "Male-Targeted" stations like Spike TV. BULL-FUCKING-SHIT!!! Seeing that empty G4 Lounge is a good representation on how empty their souls have become.
